Friendship Circle November Programs 
1:  Dr. Victoria Williams, Associate Professor of Political Science at Alvernia University, will  discuss the importance of the midterm elections. Don’t forget to vote on November 6! 
8:  Thursday Film Festival:  “G.I. Jews: Jewish Americans in World War II.”  Taxi pick up at 3:30.
15:  Enjoy an early Thanksgiving meal with your Friendship Circle friends. Then, learn about Medicare and Health insurance changes for 2019 with Phyllis Dessel. During Medicare Open Enrollment (Oct 15-Dec. 7), you can switch your Medicare plan and your Medicare Part D  (prescription drug) plan. Bring your questions! 
22:  JCC closed   Happy Thanksgiving!
29:  “Meet Eleanor Roosevelt.” Join Hallie Vaughan as she returns to Friendship Circle. Dressed as a woman of the 1930s, Ms. Vaughan portrays political activist and First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt. Discover the story of the woman “acting as his (the President’s) eyes and ears”, a firm believer in civil rights and an advocate for women and American workers.
