All community participants are welcome, no experience is necessary and all levels (including beginners) are welcome. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and either grippy socks or bare feet and bring a water bottle. 1-hour class at 10 am on Tuesdays and a 1-hour class at 10 am on Friday. $5 per class (first class is free for all participants, Fridays are free in February for JCC members). Class fee is payable by cash or check only.
